Oi England stop it!  How are kids of today ever going to understand what it feels like to witness another collapse if all you ever do is stuff it round the park and make our Australia cousins just look stupid.  Even the ladies are doing the same.  Mutter , mutter, pah!

On the TMS live text feed...

I think England should play a one-off warm-up match against Australia ahead of their five-match series against Scotland next year.

A bit like 'the bowler's Holding, the batsman's Willey' from the olden days 🙂

It was actually the other way round, if it happened at all. And that Willey was the current Willey’s Dad I think. So the Willeys have spread their seed.

Off we go again, chance of the Whitewash and Australia have chosen to help their bowling records by batting first 😉

So who makes way for Stokes? Or does no one?

TBH he has not really got many recent performances behind him to justify himself as either a batsman or a bowler.

I think I might consider having him as an option alongside Moeen Ali - pick one of them depending if you need an extra spinner or seemer. Or do you play him has someone who must bowl all 10 instead of a pure seem bowler? Nice dilemma to have.

Good decision to bring the Buttler back into the test side. That was a very conservative innings by his standards, but absolutely epic.

Do you think there's any merit in asking Adil Rashid to play red ball cricket again, with a view on getting in the test side?

Was some quality fielding by Hants and despite BD & Billings scoring, choked back the Men of Kent. Good cricket.

Let’s hope the England Women roll the Kiwis again tomorrow.
