Asda own brand and out if date from 15th aug 14

Smelt like cat wee amonina ???

You'll be fine. Like most dairy products, it can be very 'off' before it'll actually make you ill.

It's supposed to smell like that.

Usually only if it's not stored properly... Should be kept in a way that allows some breathing - eg not sealed up in plastic.
