Interesting, encouraging, but I wouldn't all it a "game changer" any more than the Telegraph chossing Alex Salmond as "Briton of the Year". Of (potentially) more importance is Joyce Macmillan swapping the Herald for the Daily Ranger. This might be the Mirror Group just hedging their bets, but given recent form (Salmond = Beelzebub) any balancing viewpoint has to be considered positive.

At least that might be some media strength to counter the frankly undemocratic and biased output we are seeing from the BBC.

Speaking to Salmond after cameras stopped, got impression his NBF, Rupert Murdoch, dangled moving BSkyB to Edinburgh post independence

anyone work at sky in west london, opportunities for better riding coming your way although better stock up on base layers and waterproofs!
