I have a contacts file from another account archived as a .pst file. When I open it in my Outlook, it appears as an Archive folder under my mail box... but cant seem to see the contacts anywhere?

Any other way of doing it?

Yes, I know.. use it for my personal accounts... this is a work account on an Exchange server, we all use Outlook.

I've got round it in the mean time by sharing the users address book so we can open it in our Outlook.

Go to your Outlook contacts view. At the top of the left hand column you should have "All Contacts" with a small search icon next to it. Click the down arrouw to the right of "All Contacts" and click the box next to the archive you want visible. This file should now appear in the "My contacts" list just below
