Seeing as Wales is quite hilly, anywhereat the base of a hill that has a river going through it.

Around Talybont seemed to get the worst of it, it is between Maccynleth & Aberystwyth in mid Wales. About half an hour south of CyB.

Talybont on Usk, Brecon Beacons is good and dry. Drier than an otter's pocket anyway. I know of as many as 4 mtbers who will be braving an overcast day to ride tomorrow!

Because you couldn't even do the most rudimentary research before asking.

I live in Cardiff and just spent the day at the sea (West of the city). I didn't know about any flooding.

It's not a huge country, I know, but I am guessing it depends on where you were thinking of riding in the first place.
