To be fair Kudo100 didn't say what if the car buggered the horse.
I'm pretty sure the motorist claimed the sun was in his eyes and that he was distracted by the horse riders rather large assets.
Was it a mustang?

There's a fair chance that the driver would be badly injured or killed as a ton of animal comes through the windscreen - which is probably another reason fewer horses than cyclists are hit... But I'd rather be on a bike on an A-road than a horse, considering the way some drivers interpret the highway code.
