[Closed] Motorhome (not huge RV!) hire in USA - recommendations?

We're looking to rent a campervan for about a month later this year, nothing huge, big enough for 2 adults. May as well go bigger than our Bongo, so over cabin bed and loo would be useful. Bike rack would be handy, but not sure if we would take our own bikes yet.

Around £50 per day seems about average with the big companies, then there is extra for mileage, and we'll probably do quite a lot. Petrol prices are more of an issue than last time I went on a USA trip, so I realise that is going to add to the price.

We're thinking about Denver, to Utah, up towards Vancouver and back, maybe a one way drop off in San Francisco, or a return to Denver otherwise.
