I've had this mildly annoying deep buzzing/vibrating sensation in my left ear for a couple of days. Only noticeable in complete silence but I'm aware that ringing in the ears are usually symptoms of other problems. This morning I woke up with a very bad pain in my right shoulder blade and neck - thought I'd done my back in the pain was so intense when I woke up.
Could the two be related or is that just a bit of a silly idea?
