No holiday in Scotland - schools in as usual.

They run a local holiday system here - with holidays in town varying with a town a few miles up the road (I'm looking at you Clacks, Fife and Falkirk!) Very confusing.

In Scotland so no holiday but I'll be finishing early to go ride, it's lovely outside 8)

I am, and actually getting stuff done weirdly. This is pretty much the one day of the year I wish I still worked for a bank 🙂

Me. Albeit work today is lazing by a pool in Lisbon before flying home tonight.

Currently at my home office desk, deep in an RFP for a big tobacco company that has to be in on Wednesday (but getting easily distracted). I feel grubby!

Technically a work day but I'm flying to Munich and in my head pretending I'm going on holiday !

No bank holiday here, but I didn't know it was one in engerland until last Thursday, so haven't had time to build up too much resentment to my English colleagues.

Got a trip to the local hospital planned for this afternoon to survey, and catching up on admin, what with the phones being quite quiet.

Just finished last of 7 12-hour night shifts. Won't be doing a lot today. I now have 3 weeks off though, so I shan't complain 😀

I am on shift until 1pm ... then to sleep ...

Working here too, yesterday too... Bank Holidays and weekends don't really mean much when you're running your own business.

At work all day and then on call overnight. Lovely and sunny outside by the look through the skylight 🙂

Never mind. Have to do 1 bank holiday per year and means I am off at Christmas for the kids at least.

Working for the most part, then on call so no long bike ride for me today then.

Knew I was working today so had a quick spin out in the local woods with the lights last night. Bit cheeky but seem to have found a perfect trail of singletrack loop that has lots more down than up to get you back to the same point!

Will have to head back on Wednesday and have another go.

Been here since 7am and will be till 7pm :-/
Still - have had worse offices....
