Does such a thing exist? As it seems to be either real basic Nokias or touch screen smartphones? Need a phone for an elderly relative who struggles with touchscreen input, but would a few of the bells and whistles of a moder smart phone.

It's worth considering the disability settings on iPhones - they have specific settings for users with less abled sight - larger text, larger buttons, improved contrast, etc.
