How much for an inside and out including shampooing seats, polishing some dimmed paintwork etc? Bear in mind it has been used as a toddler transporter for 4 years so the back seat especially needs a deep clean.

And when can you do it?

There was one advertising where I work (just outside Harrogate) a while back. Can't remember the name though 🙁 a few people used them and said they were good.

I travel all over if the job is worthwhile.

For smaller jobs (mini valets etc) I add on Fuel charge if I'm travelling outside my normal area, for bigger jobs (full valets, paint rectification, detailing etc) I wouldn't bother adding anything as its worthwhile anyway.
