[Closed] Mk3 DIY Camera Gimbal actually works

3D printing the gimbal bit and the camera mount, the handle is a £2.50 selfie stick and the camera is an Olympus Tough Trek (or something suitably rugged sounding)

You might want to consider something more like this. The counterweight below the ball pivot really does help damp pitch, yaw and roll.

Do you have the footage from the camera? It still looked to be swaying around a good bit.

I did have one with the weight below but it was quite bulky. I wanted something easy to carry around.

Here is the Mk 1

I will post some film from the camera on here shortly. Unfortunately I am on crutches so it is awkward to walk about filming. I will try some out of the window of the car perhaps.

Wasn't a phone it was a camera.

Also all  filming was done on closed roads of course.
