It was -7C when I left home at 6am this morning had a glorious 3 hours out in the sticks. Usually ride with mates but today it made a nice change to go alone. When I arrived home the missus laughed and said 'Oh look, a Yeti riding a Yeti'

Did you pad your clothes with some old sofa stuffing? It appears to have tried to escape at the collar!

I'm now hoping the cold weather lasts long enough for me to use the word "snoticles"

Top winter camelbak tip: Blow the water back into the bladder every time you have a drink. Stops the tube from freezing and the bladder is against your back, so doesn't freeze.

Brilliant pic OP!

You can avoid camelback freeze syndrome by blowing the fluid back into the bladder once you have had your fill. The teat will still freeze up though, but is easily enough melted/ chewed into submission when you next drink.

HAHAHAHHAHA!

That's a tremendous pic, how long did it take you to thaw out? You look like what I imagine the inside of my frozen washing machine to look like - all fluff and icicles ๐Ÿ™‚
