[Closed] Missing the bin - a sign of getting old(er)?

As a youth I had an amazing ability to hit the waste paper bin from afar. Over the last week I've really noticed that this skill has diminished significantly and I can barely hit a bin 8ft away. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm only 31 - is this the end of looking cool in the office?
