Hi all just wondered if anyone can help. Our computer guy has up graded all of our accounts to the above. This has now happened and works fine on pc, but not getting any emails to iphone or ipad.
Not in the office for a few days so could do with sorting. Not very computer literate either, just wondered if there was a quick fix or do I need to alter anything??

You need to change the settings on them to the MS servers

The IT guy says he has to do it, and he need the phone to do it!!! How do I change settings to the MS ones, what info do i need?
