[Closed] Micro camper. Car or van?

I’m hoping to get a car / van to get a carpenter mate to convert to a solo camper / bike carrier. So torn between car or van. I like the idea of stealth camping but believe it’s difficult to use normal camp sites with a van. What do you use and what is “essential”? I’m thinking either VW Caddy Extra (but concerned about the injector issues) or Fiat Doblo (Possibly even petrol). So units down 1 side and a single bed platform with storage and a loo on the other. The bike would go down the middle..thoughts??
