proper Dadsnet question. Can anyone recommend a metal fabricators?

Our build needs an
- external staircase, bin store, gate and railings in galvanised steel
- internal staircase handrails and floor to ceiling 'banisters' (either in stainless or painted steel).

Delivery/install would be in South London.

try my brother
Peter s Neale blacksmiths
go and look at Kew or half the London parks for his work.
Actually no idea if he will be interested. A lot of his work is in London but equally its a long way from the FoD

No idea if they can do everything that you need, but a friend of mine runs this company but I am sure at least some of it is right up their street (ie the galvanised staircases and fencing/gating). Not sure they would do the internal stuff though.

I've had dealings with a fabricators recently, I'll dig out the contact details for you later - they definitely work in SS and galv. I'll also ask the guys in the office who do small jobs for recommendations.

piedi - not sure your mate would be up for staircases and stuff would he? Surely that sort of stuff needs to meet regs etc and his background doesn't suggest he deals with that sort of stuff?
