Leave your petty bickering elsewhere, please. Let's talk about the tennis!

Tsonga to win the first one, and Nadal will just be too good for Murray, I think. Would love to see him get to the final though, as he probably could edge it against either Djokovic (spl?) or Tsonga. I just don't think he can beat Nadal today.

i think you summed it up there really. Although it all depends if Tsonga can play the way he did on wednesday again.

Only way Murray will get to the final is if Nadal retires injured.

Even though Murray beat Tsonga at queens (I think) - I love the optimism that if they met in the final Murray could win even though he (EDIT: Tsonga) beat Federer and Djokovic to get there.

That said I do want Murray to win. Come on Tim!

I loved this from the daily mash a few weeks ago

Andy Murray said: "Practising hard, good form, biggest stage, try my best, history, groin, Nadal, handed my arse, fired my trainer."

They're close to actually being right

Murray won't take Nadal, and he couldn't beat Tsonga.

If Nadal's leg falls off and Djokovic wins, it's Murray's for the taking!

Women's tennis is rubbish

how many times have you been to wimbledon and watched a ladies match live?

It is a lot faster than it used to be and the girls certainly put a lot, if not more, effort into a match than the guys do.

That's because it's the Off Topic, Chat Forum.

not necessarily as their physicality is inherently less, look at that picture above or Sharapova.

Even women players that resemble men (Navratalova, Serena, Amelia Mauresmo) have nowhere near the strength of endurance of a male player.

so when you equate these natural differences then the levels of effort is comparable.

as I say go and watch a female match between close seeds on an outside court and see how much effort they are putting in.

The main problem is lack of strength of depth in the womens game, leading to a lot of short matches between mismatched players.

Okay, so let's get on to the important stuff.

Murray's girlfriend isn't half bad - I'd like to toss my balls in the air and play a love game with her.

Djokovic is on fire. Nad will have to be at the absolute top of his game.

That is IF he beats the whiskery Caledonian, which at the moment doesn't look anywhere near certain...

Hayes - Klitschko
Hayes 7 to 4, Klitschko favourite at 1 to 2

Murray - Nadal
Murray 7 to 4, Nadal favourite at 1 to 2

(At betfred this morning)
With ten pounds on either Murray or Hayes, everyone at work this morning went for Hayes - before I told them the odds.

If Murray wins it'll be a very long match. If Nadal wins it'll be quite short...

He pulls em from crack, wipes nose, tuck hair behind left ear, tuck hair behind right ear and reapeat 😆
