I can't stand the woman's voice who does the voice over on Masterchef.

She is an islander geeza bird as far as I am concerned. 😆

He does look promising.

I've eaten in Brian's place in Aberdeen quite a few times (Moonfish) and the food is pretty darn good and reasonably priced.

I've shot Woodcock at close range with a 12 bore that have ended up looking better than that.

Traditional I believe.....

Why did they keep 'bitch face' Monica and ditch Roux?!

He had a falling out over some potatoes. Conflict of interests, he had to leave.

I've eaten in Danny's (the geordie) restaurant. He should be good as his boss is Kenny Atkinson.

Flavour bombs springs to mind. Sure I was giving Gregg a run for craziest facial expressions that night.

youre right mate, all 3 are in fact. always thought of it as 'poncey' food, but i totally admire the skill, knowledge and creativity those chaps have.
id never be able to do it myself, id hate most of the food they cook. cant eat meat on the bone, fat, most seafood (octopus/squid make me sick just looking at them), but thoroughly enjoy watching the programme. gregs cheesy smiles and exclamations of joy when eating are worth watching on their own! 😀

big respec' and well done to a worthy winner.

Glad he won, was my favourite all the way through for his obvious talent and unpretentiousness.

Monica is married to a fella BTW, according to my wife's research. She is her girl crush.

Good series. Marcus is an unexpectedly good replacement for MR Jr.

Anyone else think the Spanish restaurant they went to seemed a bit too wacky?

And I like to think I'm quite open minded on stuff like that.

I think Marcus Wareing must have mellowed; when i heard he was taking over from Michel Roux Jr i feared for the programme as he had a reputation of being another Ramsey type - all shouty and aggressive. I was wrong and i was pleasantly surprised.

He's still not MR Jr though........

Monika's married to the Sommelier at Le Gavroche.

No pressure having them over for dinner then.

They'd probably bring their own wine, tbh. As long as it goes with the Pizza takeaway, i wouldn't complain about that.
