Yeah the stollen bites always tend to be a bit nicer. Got some from Sainsbury's yesterday. Didn't last 5 minutes.

Stollen bites from Aldi or Lidl, marvellous things. They make a great crumble topping too for a seasonal apple crumble, just whizz them in a blender and cover the fruit before baking in the oven.

Another thumbs up for the co-op bites, but also try Morrison's as well.

Don't ever look at the 'dietary info' on the Aldi stollen bites! Mind you - hasn't stopped me scoffing the best part of a pack in one sitting ๐Ÿ™‚

Over 2 weeks ago for our house and the first stollen of this winter, strange how it doesn't last long?

Pffft. It's just a matter of conditioning.

Damn you - I am trying to resist after my seeming addiction over the last few years. Not sure how long it will last.

One I bought from Aldi few weeks ago must have been last year's, as it was dry as heck. And the marzipan was a 10mm dia "rod" down one side. Them Stollen bites take some avoiding, I can tell you.
