What shall I do with my marrow?

Wash and dry it, peel then slice in half and remove seeds, then dice and blanch it then heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, saute for tem minutes, Then throw the lot in the ****ing bin and get something edible from the takeaway.

Have now wimped out and given it to a veggie neighbour. Last years whoppa was almost 9 lbs and the butcher had it in his window.
