How would you run a marathon if you had just ridden 300 hilly kilometers on a bike the previous day?

I'm thinking starting in DFL and seeing how many people I can overtake. (Where's molgrips when you need him?)

TBH I wouldn't. But then if I was going to bother with running a marathon, it'd be to get a decent time. And with 300km of riding in your legs you won't get a decent time.

Slowly, mainly eating. And paying almost no attention to anyone else running a marathon.

Dead flat last?

That's what I would do. Overtaking anyone will feel like a win and give you encouragement.
