Oo hello. I always go past there on the way to the Odd bar (or that dull horrible posh cafe on the corner.
How about yo sushi at Piccadilly station, nice food and lots to look at, and get the tram in. Should keep the little one amused.
Is This and That open early evening or only lunchtime?

Korean?? Baekdu on Shudhill in the Northern Quarter is worth a visit imo if you want Asian with a bit of a home made feel to it. Not over priced, very tasty, simple looking inside but don't be put off and the Korean beer was dam fine too.
this obviously excludes the Spices of Kashmir in Lower Broughton. But then thats in Lower Broughton

I had an ace Burrito in the Arndale Market in the summer.
I love the Arndale market. I had an African curried Goat last weekend there. That bar is good too.
The Korean place- I'll go there this weekend when in town.

Cachumba on Burton Road in West Didsbury is well worth a visit.
Some of the best spiced food in Manchester and has been for the last 25 years. The smell of fresh spices frying when you walk in is worth the visit alone..
That bar is good too.

Jaffa at 185 Wilmslow Road does fab shawarma at cheap prices. Nice family restaurant.

this n that is open on friday and saturday evenings i think, but not the rest of the week; it shuts at 5 or something.
