Just a thought. I am bored rigid.? Got to be the ultimate pre-ride food.

A fresh brewed latte in the porridge and finished off with plenty of brown sugar. Anyone tried it.?

That sounds so wrong and yet in a way I can imagine that it could just possibly work...

Report back on how it goes ๐Ÿ™‚

Hmmmm not bad. Went for golden syrup instead of brown sugar.

It's just not the same as supping a nice fresh coffee.

I don't make porridge with coffee but I do make quinoa with it, definitely improves it.

I put the oats in a bowl, cover it with grated apple and then yoghurt

Leave it in the fridge overnight, yummy

Surely this would be pointless?

One product to bung you up, one to loosen you, therefore no change overall.

I thought of it making breakfast on a backpacking trip and was really pleased with myself- surely the best breakfast idea ever.

It was revolting.

I sometimes put a vending machine cup of hot chocolate into a bowl of lunchtime porridge - works well in a chocolatey sort of way

I had some up at fort Bill, that they'd made porridge, then finished it by stirring in some cream and topping with some raspberry coulis

Try Chocolate - Raison Poridge , use drinking choc and California raisons for good results.
Banana Porridge . Slice up a banana and cook with the oats . Yummy.
Cinnamon Porridge . Pinch of mixed spice and some dark sugar ( winter )

Turbo porridge - Chocolate Rego and porridge.

A suggestion of a mate that I've never had the guts (both figuratively and literally) to try...
