[Closed] Making a DVD

I've got an MP4 video file that I want to make into a DVD to play on a DVD player for a relative. Having now hit a few dead ends (free software that adds logos or fails to work or actually isn't free despite saying it is when downloading) I'll throw this over to STW before I head off down another blind alley. Windows 10 PC. Any pointers?

Most modern players will handle an mp4, have you just tried it?

Can't Handbrake do it? Might not be able to burn the output to DVD directly, but you can just do that in windows afterwards.
