I LIKE cake! Coffee sponge with coffee icing is a favourite, but then you can't beat a choccy cake, but having said that, I am very partial to a Victoria sponge.....although a good fruit cake is very nice too! Did I mention a bakers near me is reknowned for its Eccles cakes? Yummy!!
They also do a fabulous butterscotch tart......don't get me started on tarts!
