Since this is the place to come for experts on mice in sofas...
I've just been alerted by my good lady wife that there are a dozen live maggots in the bath tub. And she's not wrong.
Any ideas on where they came from?
No holes in the ceiling they could have dropped in from, they are only in the bath, so can only assume they're coming in from the overflow.
Bit weird, no?
