How many people come onto STW and simply have a look rather than posting?
Let's face it, no one wants the extra hassle and a lot of the posters on here argue for the sake of arguing.
That said making mistakes is part of learning, you have a perspective or a view point and you express it. If you discover that it's inaccurate then you have learnt something new.
Life isn't about being right, even if the numpty muppets that are everywhere these days tell you it is.
Life is about learning and expressing yourself 😀

I generally lurk, somebody normally makes the comment I would make pretty quickly anyway.
I'm not here either, so I can't comment. There are some threads I don't want to comment on as I'm scared of being bullied by the intergeek hardmen. 😆
i like to write long well thought out responses to the internet warriors, then delete them and (insert much more fun activity than getting caught up in STW-ness)

I generally lurk on here for the entertainment value - some of the trolling on here is priceless!

Me too. I've heard there is an elf who could give you a nasty virtual headbutt to the nads and a big bloke who has mentally scarred hundreds with a video of him wrestling in his pants 8)

Lucky you. The amount of times I have patiently waited in complete vain for someone to come along with a class conscious based analytical comment, which reveals a clear understanding of the self-evident truth that only the proletariat has a legitimate right to economic and state power, has to be seen to be believed.

If this place ever becomes an exclusive club or clique (mlehworld anyone?) I'll be flouncing off.
Develop a thick skin, stop lurking and post something.
I think if you're on here a lot (like everyday!) then you're likely to post - I tend to do other stuff these days and don't get the banter/chat etc from the start due to looking too late....therefore I am now a lurker!
Quite happy with that and it's still nice to see people don't change!
