Any suggestions for a nice not expensive lunch? Pub/cafe type place.

ws gonna sat The Duck & Waffle reading the tread title but its certainly not inexpensive. Spitalfields is nice but its generally high street chain places. The Waterpoet is a great pub tho, tucked away just over the road from l'pool st station..

The place I was going to recommend - Sausage and Mash Cafe has closed ๐Ÿ™

Mostly chains around there. Wagammas, All Bar One etc within a few mins walk. Most lunch places are geared to expense accounts.
