I have them saved on my computer, now what?
Put them on a hosting site, eg imgur. Then copy the url for them into the pic source box.
Obviously you will also need to sacrifice a goat first...
The images need to be on a publicly accessible server, as above Imgur is one such. You then copy the URI for the image NOT the page and paste into the Image dialog box which you get to by clicking on the rightmost icon in the toolbar above where you type. The address has to end in ".jpg" (I've not tried other image types). Note that with Imgur you either have to strip the img tags it wraps the URI with or add .jpg depending on which copy button you use.
I think you can use facebook as well.

Right-click the image, "copy image address."
Use postimage.org - gives you the direct link to post. Couldn't be simpler.

No account required. Go there. Upload image (by browsing or just dragging it onto the window). Then copy the "Direct link" address that it offers you, hit the little picture icon on here and paste the text on as the "Source".
