I have had a lot of colds which for me means being run-down when riding. Ever since Summer last year when swine flu was around in the office.

none - diet of fresh air , fresh fruit and veg , and lots of water - and if anyone was goin to get a cold from the "cold" it would be me and Tj and the puffer - low immune systems from fatigue and cold weather ...

Cold weather doesn't give you a cold, I thought everyone knew that.

If you have a vehicle with air con, either get it cleaned out,

or

take vehicle for a drive to get engine warmed up,

park up somewhere quiet/safe,eg home or driveway,

open all the windows,

ensure aircon is not set to recirculate,

turn heater full on and aircon fan to full,

open all the vents,

put hand through window,

Turn on engine, and leave engine running for 10 minutes plus,

this should blast all the germs out of the air con heater/cooling matrix.

Winter is relevant since we're just coming out of it, and the last 6 months includes winter ๐Ÿ™‚

Like I say, for me it's been since last summer, about July ish, but it was worst over Dec-Feb.

had one for a couple of days when I got back from a holiday in Snowdonia beginning of October, only because I overcooked it whilst there and didn't rest when I got back.

None - lots of garlic, vitamin c and fluids. And I work in a school so probably built up fairly good immunity (either that or the amount of garlic I eat keeps everyone away from me due to the stench!)
