i need an opensource london tube map, to print in a publication

does such thing exist?

getting the map from pulse creative (who own the 'real' tube map) will take too long - i've got less than a week...

I'm NOT looking for anything illegal whatsoever - it has to be legit.

i realise an opensource isn't going to look exactly like the one we all know and look, but i need some sort of tube map very soon!

google and openstreetmap.org aren't coming up with anything!

any ideas?

It's a pdf off their website, I assume it's fair game. Sorry if it isn't.

afraid it's not legit for commercial publication without a license agreement with Pulse ๐Ÿ™

You could generate one from the osm data - details here http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tube_Network_Map
Example here - http://steve8.dev.openstreetmap.org/tube.html

You'd need someone who was handy with ArcMap, map info etc. to render it for you though

EDIT: this may do it for you

thanks geoffj - that last one is worth a look. unfortunately time/personel constraints means using ArcMap might be a bit much though!

TfL lawyers are quite keen. Is there no way you can negotiate approval this week?
