Been planned for weeks - the Whistle Stop Tour of pubs along the Newcastle to Carlisle line, though we are only going as far as Haltwhistle.
It's the nicest day out there for months and months...I should have gone out on the bike.
Oh well.

try giving yourself (mild) food poisoning, I'm a tad annoyed, might be out of bed today but I don't think any exercise would really help.
