complete stab in the dark, dont suppose there is anyone from Galloway who fancies being a runner in a pairs team for the Kirroughtree duathlon this sunday. it's a 10k trail run followed by a 17k bike. I'm fairly handy on the bike but my running legs leave a lot to be desired.
