Any recommendations? I'm in Uni near Russell Square until 4 and want somewhere to watch the England game, have a couple of beers and maybe some food.

Anywhere between there and Trafalgar Square would do.

Sorry i dont know anywhere near you but if you get the connections right you could get to twickenham and especially the old town, i went to the eel pie last year to watch england ireland and the atmosphere was as good as the ground.

Thanks but I'd rather stay in Central London: It's easier for the rest of my journey home.

One of my old locals was a rugby pub. A little way off the track though. Marquis of Westminster, in Pimlico. Excellent beer, and top notch Scotch Eggs. England pub, though. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Must be somewhere around Covent Garden. Lamb and Flag, perhaps.
