Apparently, there is a video of the Mayor of Toronto smoking a crack pipe. The owner of the video seems to have been "disappeared" before it could be published. politics [i]can[/i] be interesting.
The mayor doesn't seem like a very nice man.
having grown up in toronto, it's been interesting to see this joker's career unfurl...
my understanding, broadly speaking, is that the suburbs love him while the folk in the city itself hate his guts...and he has one helluva gut.
