Under account somewhere, though saying what kind of ads and on what page might help oh and report to tech@ is the usual advice

My P has just disappeared . Either my sub has run out or they are trying to get rid of me.

Renewed my sub last night and my payment is  pending so still getting ads. Surely a reminder could be sent out about renewing.

Just hurry up and take my money !

How anyone can use this site with those ads I don’t  know. Just subscribe and your lives will be so much nicer.

I had the same thing payment was also pending as the system had lost some card details and I had to reset the payment method,again no automatic email to warn me. Something to do with a change in system The subs team were on it very quickly though.

Yes, we are indeed moving a lot of accounts from one place to another. We are in the final stages of a process that has been ongoing for almost a year. Soon we'll have all subscribers, no matter how you choose to subscribe, in one central place. At that point proper communication around your subscription from notifying you of expired card details to when your next payment is due will resume.

If you have any questions at all about your subscription then you can email us direct on subs@....
