Where’s the cheapest place to get decent rolls of loft insulation?
Last time I get it was a few years back when it was subsidised by the government and cheap!

A builders merchant.
Somewhere specialising in insulation like SIG would be likely be cheapest.

Phone around your town for deals, we are at the end of winter and warehouses are still full of the stuff.
