Honesty, I think I’ll leave it and read another book about ultra marathons. The world is a despising enough place as it is without reading that kind of stuff!

Any recommendations lunge?
Just about exhausted amazon prime’s selection of ultra cycling and running docs, fancy a read. Just finished Rosie swale pope’s book which i quite enjoyed.
