Isn't that the one that somehow sits outside of all the racing classes? So, even if it wins, it doesn't really "win"?

Looks Similar to an F1 Sidecar chassis:

Company called LCR did something almost identical a good few years ago:

2 rear wheels driven, seated driver, almost symmetrical, no need for the passenger to hang off (no need for a passenger, TBH).
They were banned a few years later, as not really in the spirit of the thing.

LM has always embraced experimental cars, they're not expecting to finish, car was only on the drawing board 6 months ago

It's a prototype, for proof of concept, I believe. It won't earn points, but data collected will be valuable. Fabulous looking thing, though. I like the Audi and Toyota cars, that dorsal fin is [i]so[/i] 1950's, like a D-Type Jag!
