With very high pollution levels including a lot of particulates in the air fit people are being told not to do high intensity exercise an also to take care if you have asthma or heart conditions.
Bloke on the radio said a wood burner causes as much of the 'wrong type' of pollution as running a small diesel engine on your roof - which can't be a good thing to do on an already bad day?
