They bring the car back down using the train (presumably they have a flat-bed type carriage they can load the car onto), while this is going on then the train can't take punters up/down.

I don't get why it's such a big deal they're making about getting it down in the busy season. Why not just leave it there until it's quiet again? Also, find out who put it there and get them to drive it back down!
