Anyone use one, any recommendations?

Mrs b is crap at getting up in the am with beep beep beep of the current alarm and likes the idea of the gradual wake up of the lightbox.

Leave the curtains open? That's what Mrs Druidh likes.

Lass at work does...took her 2 weeks to adjust to it...then she fell pregnant, the baby does a great job now!

I have one, can't remember the make off the top of my head, but it is very good. I only use it in the winter though.

Wakes me up very well indeed, though I suspect this year the wee lad will be doing that very well anyway!

If you've got an android phone I think theres an app that turns your phone into one, I'm sure theres an equivalent for the iPhone as well

Yep, both me and the SO use them. Did have the Lumi things but they're just not bright enough, so I recommend a timer plug from Tesco and one of these:

We have one of them on each bedside table!
