Need to rent out a house in Whitworth, any recommendations or ones to avoid. Had a very bad experience with some previously and keen to avoid a repeat.

I've not used them as a letting agent but Highfields were particularly awful when it came to house selling - avoid !

Do you have to use a letting agent? Are you not in the area?

TJ - I though about using a plumber but not really their thing
Sarcasm aside long story (no need to go into it on here now) but we do after last time (I think I may have ranted on here about them) I would rather repeatedly smash myself in the balls with a hammer then hand money over to a letting agent but we have no choice.
