What policies for the upcoming election?
I will start with a tax based on inner tube volume.
Little bikes with little wheels = low tax
Normal bikes with 26" wheels = lowish tax
69ers = middle low
29ers = middle
Motorbikes = a bit more
Cars = quite a lot
Chelsea Tractors = tax rape
