Anyone out there with a lego mini figure batman who would be willing to take a few photo's whilst he is holding a lego spade. I am looking to superimpose him onto a pile of sand. So on a white background and saved as a .png would be awesome. I think I should be able to make a .png file with a transparent background! This is to go on my website so you need to be happy for me to use it.

Random request I know, but would be very appreciated. Thanks.

That is great thank you. Can I be cheeky and ask if you could maybe do a bit of side angle. Sort of roasted 45 degrees. Really appreciate this.

I am an ecologist. Most of us use a particular style of bat box that are becoming more difficult to source each year. So I have taken the plunge and designed my own, but also planning to offer a bespoke design service. Not sure why but batman with a shovel as an image for the product just seemed right!

Have you asked Lego about using it?

Could this turn into one of those great photoshopping threads?

Would be rather foolish not to be worried about copyright. LEGO have a fair play policy and are well known for defending their trademarks, they are equally fairly decent when it comes to granting rights for commercially non-associated companies where you can clearly demonstrate that your product has no association with lego and you are not using the brand for marketing of a product that could be misconstrued as something produced by lego. Early feedback would suggest they may be happy, hence the need for a mock up to show how their figure, which is a registered trademark, will be used. I thought it would be a long-shot and probably not worth the effort but with time on my hands though I would give it a try. They have engaged and a couple of emails later want to see a mock up, slim chance they may even supply the final graphic. Would be kinda cool if it happens.

I can certainly do another but rotated 45 degrees, which way would you prefer, to his left or his right? Shovel in the same place? I do also have a couple of other batman mini figures, more retro grey suit and some of the Lego movie ones if this outfit doesn’t suit. If you need a higher res/ better quality imagine I can do one on a camera/ with photoshop rather than my phone.

To right, shovel in same place would be great. Doesn't need to be of great quality, managed to lift the other one straight of the page as .png. Thanks.

Cheers demonracer, that will do the job nicely. No need to tidy up. Really appreciate the assistance. Just noticed your PM from earlier, if this pans out I will drop you a line and all going well you can see what you helped create. Just need to convince them now that I will make a good 'playmate'; their term not mine!
