I'm into my old industrial engine, steam engines etc.. So when I seen this popped up on Facebook at a decent price I jumped a the chance...
It's a reproduction of a Jost fan which is powered by a Stirling engine, runs off a meths burner. It's doesn't quite have the omph of a real on as the blades are a bit pants.
I've had to strip it down and clean all the old 3 in 1 oil out of it to get it running nicely, seems to like Muc Off ceramic wet lube....
