Evening all. I'm at a fancy dress party tomorrow night, I have no costume and need to make or source one. So, any ideas what I can do? I have access to my wardrobe and have about 30 mins in the shops tomorrow lunch. I don't really want to spend much money.

buff turned into a bandanna type thing, eye patch (bit of elastic and black cardboard or something, or buy one) and get a plastic sword. wear a baggy black or white t shirt and jeans. pirate (duh). parrot is optional.
I heard a story about someone who hated fancy dress parties, they told their partner they would only go as Madelinne McCann. Either way it meant they didn't show up at the party 😯
