Works fine in safe mode please help ; /
I have a big hammer you can borrow
Step away from the hammer.
Check:
1. windows error log - tell us what it says
2. that the memory is seated correctly
3. that there are no problems with the hard drive
4. that the fan ducts are not clogged with dust.
+1 for 4.
My main machine is a Studio 1735, and I had problems for ever until I found the dust bunny hiding inside the ducts.
All i can do now is put into safe mode, i try start windows normally and it just says logging off again with the blue loading circle?? What should i do?? Ive also cleaned out the vents on the back and underside.
Format it and start again
Did you check points 1 - 3 ?
Points 2-3 ok point 1 howd u do that and il post what it says when i get home also howd i format it from safe mode?? Its a good laptop and it stood me a good price so ive got £80 to spend to fix it up.
point 1 howd u do that
run "msconfig" select Tools, highlight "Computer Management" and click on Launch.
Then Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System
Look for errors and warnings, and let us know if there are any.
