(-:

If it is that infection, it can come with TDSS variants, which is officially 'orrible. I'd strongly recommend opening a case on Bleeping Computer and letting them deal with it. The TDSS family can be persistent little sods.

From the sounds of it, though, it might not be. A HijackThis or DDS log would be useful.

... and what happened?

If you reply "it didn't work" with no further information, I'm leaving you to your popups. Do those screenshots look like your infection? What steps did you take? What happened? Do you have the MBAM log so that I can take a look at it? Throw me a bone here.

I've said this before and I'll say it again ... slap a post up on TSF.

Might take 24 hours for someone to respond, but once they do you're usually in the hands of someone who knows their shizzle. I speak from the experience of myself and others.

Does this happen as soon as you load your browser? If so have you checked what home page it's set at. My dad had similar and turned out some thing had changed his home page to something else.

Alternatively, it could be something booting at startup, I'd use msconfig to sort that out but that becomes a little more tricky. Give me a call if you want to talk through it and try.
